How much does it cost? +

How long does setup take? +

Most restaurants are live within 3 days. We need your menu (PDF or link), your opening hours, and your forwarding number. We handle everything else. There's no app to install, no hardware to buy.

Does it work with my POS system? +

Skai integrates with Kounta, H&L, and major AU/NZ POS systems. For others, orders are sent via email or SMS in a clear format your kitchen can act on immediately. We're continuously adding new integrations.

What if my menu changes? +

Your menu lives in the Skai dashboard where you can edit, remove, and modify items anytime. For new items, simply add them in your POS system — Skai automatically syncs them into your dashboard, where you can then adjust descriptions, availability, and more however you like. No need to contact us for menu updates.

Is there a contract? +

No lock-in contracts. You can cancel with 30 days notice. We're confident you won't want to — but we'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in a contract.

Can it handle bookings as well as orders? +

Yes. If you already use a booking platform, Skai integrates and syncs directly with it so reservations flow straight through. If you don't use any booking software, no problem — Skai comes with its own built-in calendar that we provide as part of the service. Either way, your bookings are captured, organised, and ready for your team without any manual work.

Do you work with multi-location restaurants? +

Absolutely. We have plans for groups with multiple venues. Each location gets its own Skai agent with its own menu and settings, all manageable from a single dashboard.
