Skai Solutions connects to eight POS systems today: Kounta and Lightspeed, Square, Impos, H&L, Tevalis, Revel, TouchBistro and Oracle MICROS. Phone orders land as tickets with no re-keying. Everything else is not connected yet, and we would rather tell you here than after you have paid a setup fee.
Phone orders go straight in - no re-keying, no second screen, no new hardware.

These are the systems we get asked about most and do not currently support:
Abacus (NZ) · Bepoz · Clover · Epos Now · Idealpos · MobiPOS · OrderMate · Restoke · SplitAbility · SwiftPOS · Task · Toast · Twirll · Uniwell · Vend / Lightspeed X · posBoss (NZ)
If yours is on that list, Skai Solutions will still answer your calls, take bookings and handle enquiries - it just can't push an order into your POS, so orders would reach you as a message instead. For a takeaway that's a meaningful difference. For a bookings-led venue it often isn't. Tell us which you are and we'll say straight out whether it's worth your money.
Tell us what you run. We build integrations in the order people actually ask for them, and knowing what you're on is genuinely how that queue gets set.
Book a Free DemoEvery POS connection is a separate build, and a page claiming an integration that doesn't exist is worse than no page - the person most likely to find it is the one person guaranteed to be disappointed by it. Some competitors in this category publish much longer lists. Some of those are real; we can't vouch for all of them, and neither can you. Ask any vendor to demo the actual order landing in the actual POS before you sign anything, including us.
If you want to see what happens before the order reaches the POS at all, how an AI phone answering service for restaurants works follows a single call from divert to ticket, and says plainly which four things it handles badly.
Skai still answers every call, takes bookings, and handles hours, dietary and parking questions. What it can't do is push an order into your POS - those reach you as a message instead. If your phone mainly carries orders, that's a real limitation and we'll say so.
By what people ask for. Every "tell us your POS" submission is counted, and the systems that come up most get built first.
No. You keep your existing POS, your existing phone number and your existing hardware. Calls divert to Skai and orders arrive through your normal flow.
Five days from sign-up. The one-off setup fee covers the POS connection, your full menu build including modifiers, and voice tuning for your venue.
Not sure which level of automation you actually need? Read AI phone ordering systems for takeaways - it explains what separates an agent that takes a message from one that writes a ticket into your POS.
